About this Space

The clinic is envisioned as a calm, wellness-focused space using a minimalist beige and white palette to create a clean, relaxing environment. Design interventions remain minimal and non-intrusive due to the rented nature of the space. Key areas include a refined reception, flexible branding elements, a small display zone, and a comfortable waiting area for 6–7 users. Improved lighting, subtle greenery, and efficient layout planning enhance functionality while maintaining a cost-effective, soothing atmosphere.

Requirements

Bionix Clinic was the first project into healthcare. The design required creating a calm, minimal environment which focuses on user experience. The client desired a spacious clinic with neutral tones, soft light and touch of greenery. It would ensure all interventions , maintain low cost and also remain non-intrusive. The key challenge was to maintain the pre-existing elements and the technical limitations. Using subtle refinement, LVT flooring, and fluted ceiling helped to enhance the space without major changes. Finally, the project became a valuable learning opportunity in terms of experience,and communication through well thought design plan.

The client requested a modern family home that balances luxury aesthetics with practical daily living, while maximizing natural light and storage.

The villa had poor circulation flow, underutilized storage, and fragmented living spaces.
